CFX Arctic White Low-Bleed Plastisol Screen Printing Ink

Get bright white coverage and dependable production performance with CFX Arctic White Plastisol Screen Printing Ink. Specially formulated for cotton/polyester blend fabrics, this opaque, fast-flashing white ink is an excellent choice for screen printing underbases and achieving vibrant results on blended garments. Its strong opacity, reliable flash characteristics, and low-bleed formulation help screen printers produce clean, professional prints while maintaining an efficient workflow on both manual and automatic screen printing presses.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Bright, High-Opacity White Coverage: Produces a bright, opaque white foundation that helps colors stand out, making it an excellent choice for underbase applications on dark garments.
  • Low-Bleed Formulation for Cotton/Polyester Blends: Designed to help minimize dye migration through the ink film when printing on cotton/polyester blended fabrics, supporting cleaner, more consistent print results.
  • Fast-Flashing Performance: Good flash characteristics help prepare the underbase for subsequent print passes, supporting efficient production workflows on manual and automatic presses.
  • Ready-to-Use Plastisol Ink: Supplied ready for use without requiring modification under normal conditions. Avoid unnecessary additives, as modifying the ink may reduce its bleed resistance.
  • Versatile Production Compatibility: Suitable for manual and automatic screen printing equipment, with a recommended mesh range of 110–305 threads per inch to accommodate different printing requirements.

Ideal Applications & Recommended Use

CFX Arctic White is ideal for professional screen printers, contract decorators, apparel manufacturers, and high-volume print shops producing custom T-shirts, promotional apparel, uniforms, and other cotton/polyester blend garments. Use it primarily as a white underbase to support vibrant top colors on dark blended fabrics. The ink may also be used on some 100% polyester fabrics when paired with a suitable underbase to help maximize bleed resistance. It is not recommended for direct use on 100% cotton, as ghost images may occur.

For best results, use a suitable solvent-resistant dual-cure emulsion or capillary film, a 60–90 Shore squeegee, and cure the entire ink film at 320°F (160°C) for 60–90 seconds. Always verify the actual ink-film temperature and test wash durability before production.
