Part Time Warehouse Associate
As a Part-Time Warehouse Associate at Blue Ridge Screen Products, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for various tasks to support the efficient flow of goods, from receiving and inspecting shipments to preparing orders for shipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift and carry items up to [weight] pounds
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join
our team. This dual role combines exceptional customer service skills with a
sales-oriented approach, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support
while also identifying and converting sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
- Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Make phone calls to prospects and set meetings for Print Advisors.
- Maintain and grow internet customers to ensure product satisfaction and increase products purchases.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in inside
sales and customer service is preferred. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
