Marketing Manager
Blue Ridge Screen Products is a leading distributor and service provider of screen printing, DTF, and digital printing equipment and supplies. We support professional print shops with
premium brands, expert technical service, and consultative sales. Our growth is driven by trust, education, and long-term customer relationships—not transactional ecommerce alone.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to own and execute our digital marketing strategy across Shopify, web, content, and emerging AI tools—while understanding the realities of a distributor and service-based business model.
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving demand, brand authority, and lead generation through our webstore, content ecosystem, and digital channels. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong understanding of B2B distribution, capital equipment sales cycles, and technical audiences.
This is not a junior role. Industry familiarity and comfort working with complex product lines is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the Shopify webstore, including collections, product pages, SEO structure, conversion optimization, and merchandising
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across email, social media, paid campaigns, and organic content
- Create and manage photo, video, and short-form content for products, demos, promotions, and education
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, workflow efficiency, SEO, analytics, and campaign optimization
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to align marketing with real-world customer needs and buying cycles
- Build and manage content calendars for product launches, promotions, training, and industry events
- Analyze performance metrics(traffic, conversion, leads, engagement) and continuously optimize campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while evolving BRSP’s visual and messaging standards
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms at a professional level
- Strong understanding of SEO, webstore conversion optimization, and product merchandising
- Hands-on experience with video editing, photo editing, and content creation tools
- Working knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and willingness to innovate with new technology
- Experience in screen printing, DTF, digital printing, or adjacent industrial equipment industries
- Familiarity with a distributor and service-based business model (capital equipment, consumables, support)
- Ability to translate technical products into clear, compelling marketing messages
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Experience marketing capital equipment, B2B products, or technical systems
- Understanding of long-form sales cycles and consultative selling environments
- Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, service, and leadership teams
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Merchant Center, email platforms, and paid media

We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join
our team. This dual role combines exceptional customer service skills with a
sales-oriented approach, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support
while also identifying and converting sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
- Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Make phone calls to prospects and set meetings for Print Advisors.
- Maintain and grow internet customers to ensure product satisfaction and increase products purchases.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
