This job involves various responsibilities and skills:

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Product Knowledge: Have deep understanding of screen printing supplies, including inks, screens, squeegees, and equipment. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product innovations.
  2. Customer Prospecting: Identify potential customers in the screen printing industry, such as apparel companies, promotional product companies, and print shops. This may involve cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows.
  3. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out new ones. Provide exceptional customer service and support to build trust and loyalty.
  4. Sales Presentations: Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of each customer.
  5. Technical Assistance: Offer technical support and guidance to customers regarding the use of screen printing supplies and equipment. Be knowledgeable enough to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of screen printing supplies and equipment, including their applications and features.
  2. Sales Skills: Effective communication,negotiation, and teaching skills. Ability to identify and understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  3. Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  4. Technical Knowledge: Exceptional technical knowledge related to screen printing processes and equipment is often beneficial.
  5. Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage customer accounts and follow-ups efficiently.
  6. Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently and meet sales targets without constant supervision.
  7. Market Awareness: A good understanding of market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
  8. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma is typically the minimum educational requirement for this position, though a bachelor's degree in a relevant field can be an advantage. Sales experience, particularly in the screen printing or screen printing supplies, or actual screen printing experience, is a must.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized service technicians. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital wide format printing equipment, a customer-first mindset, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience servicing digital wide format printers or similar equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic understanding of networking and RIP software a plus
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
  • Experience with Mimaki or other DTF/UV/solvent platforms is preferred

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join
our team. This dual role combines exceptional customer service skills with a
sales-oriented approach, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support
while also identifying and converting sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Make phone calls to prospects and set meetings for Print Advisors.
  • Maintain and grow internet customers to ensure product satisfaction and increase products purchases.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications:
