You will play a crucial role in promoting Blue Ridge products and services to businesses in need of such products and services. This job involves various responsibilities and skills:

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Product Knowledge: Have deep understanding of screen printing supplies, including inks, screens, squeegees, and equipment. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product innovations.
  2. Customer Prospecting: Identify potential customers in the screen printing industry, such as apparel companies, promotional product companies, and print shops. This may involve cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows.
  3. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out new ones. Provide exceptional customer service and support to build trust and loyalty.
  4. Sales Presentations: Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of each customer.
  5. Technical Assistance: Offer technical support and guidance to customers regarding the use of screen printing supplies and equipment. Be knowledgeable enough to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Part Time Warehouse Associate

As a Part-Time Warehouse Associate at Blue Ridge Screen Products, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for various tasks to support the efficient flow of goods, from receiving and inspecting shipments to preparing orders for shipment. If you are a hardworking and reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
