You will play a crucial role in promoting Blue Ridge products and services to businesses in need of such products and services. This job involves various responsibilities and skills:
Job Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Have deep understanding of screen printing supplies, including inks, screens, squeegees, and equipment. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product innovations.
- Customer Prospecting: Identify potential customers in the screen printing industry, such as apparel companies, promotional product companies, and print shops. This may involve cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out new ones. Provide exceptional customer service and support to build trust and loyalty.
- Sales Presentations: Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of each customer.
- Technical Assistance: Offer technical support and guidance to customers regarding the use of screen printing supplies and equipment. Be knowledgeable enough to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Skills and Qualifications:

Part Time Warehouse Associate
As a Part-Time Warehouse Associate at Blue Ridge Screen Products, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for various tasks to support the efficient flow of goods, from receiving and inspecting shipments to preparing orders for shipment. About Us
Blue Ridge Screen Products is the fastest growing screen print and digital print supply company in the South, known for delivering expert support and top-tier products to print shops across the region. We’re not just distributors—we’re partners in our customers’ success, and that includes standing behind every piece of equipment we sell. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Service Manager to lead and strengthen our service department.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Service Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of service operations. This role involves managing service calls, supporting customers with technical troubleshooting, coordinating installs, and maintaining our in-house equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital wide format printing equipment, a customer-first mindset, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate incoming service calls and field service visits
- Provide technical phone support to customers and internal staff
- Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting wide format digital equipment issues
- Coordinate and support equipment installations and customer training
- Manage parts inventory, orders, and returns for service jobs
- Perform local service calls when needed, including routine maintenance and emergency repairs
- Maintain and calibrate demo room equipment to manufacturer standards
- Liaise with manufacturer support teams and stay current on product updates and procedures
- Document all service activities in ERP ticketing system
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience servicing digital wide format printers or similar equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of networking and RIP software a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
- Experience with Mimaki or other DTF/UV/solvent platforms is preferred
