Shipping policy

All orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are guaranteed to ship the same day, provided all items in the order are in-stock and available to ship.

Orders containing backordered items, special-order items, equipment, freight shipments, or products requiring additional handling may require extra processing time and are not included in the same-day shipping guarantee.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are not guaranteed to ship the same day, but may still ship depending on order volume, product availability, and carrier pickup times.

If you are placing an order after 12:00 PM EST and need it to ship the same day, please leave a note in the comment box when placing your order. We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Same-day shipping refers to the order leaving our facility. Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Blue Ridge Screen Products.
