The BRSP Falcon 3S 34" Powder Shaker is a high-production automated powder application and curing system built for DTF shops that want greater flexibility, cleaner powder management, and less hands-on intervention during production.

What sets the Falcon 3S apart is its integrated powder recovery vacuum system. Instead of requiring operators to continually refill the powder hopper, the Falcon 3S automatically pulls excess powder from the bottom of the machine and returns it to the top hopper for reuse. This closed-loop powder circulation system helps reduce operator involvement, minimize wasted powder, and makes it easier to move between shorter and longer production runs without loading the shaker with more powder than necessary.

The Falcon 3S combines automated powder application, powder removal, curing, and media take-up into one streamlined production system. Dual-sided heating provides consistent curing across the film, while intelligent controls help maintain stable temperatures and smooth film movement throughout production.

Unlike the standard BRSP Falcon Powder Shaker, the Falcon 3S does not include an integrated fume extraction system. A separate external fume extractor is required for proper ventilation and operation.
