BRSP Falcon 7090 32" Flatbed Cutter

The BRSP Falcon 7090 32" Flatbed Cutter is specifically created for the DTF Printing industry and works with all film up to 32" wide.

The BRSP Falcon 7090 cutter is designed to optimize production and reduce costs associated with cutting both gang sheets and individual images.

FEATURES:

• Auto Feeding System
  • Conveyor is applied for long seamless cutting operation. 
    The coordination of our program, auto feeding system and CCD camera accom­plishes fast and accurate nesting / con­tour cutting. 
• Segmented Area Cutting
  • Additional registration marks are availa­ble for more precise axis alignment. Contour cutting is performed sequential­ly in each segmented area, which impro­ves accuracy and tracking for heavier media or media that has been laminated.
• Blade-tip Compensation with Chip
  • We accomplish blade-tip compensation utilizing integrated chips instead of software, the digital cutter works with constant high preci­sion no matter what kind of CAD/CAM software is put to use.
• Grating Ruler
  • The grating ruler measures the distance between blade tip and material surface, and then cutting depth is adjust­ed in every 0.01 mm. The Grating Ruler is the key for consistent cutting depth. 
• Advanced Tool Carriage
  • The tool carriage uses a voice coil motor which is fast, agile and does not overheat after a long, non-stop opera­tion. 
• Servo Motors
  
  • Intelligent servos bring out smooth accel­eration, a lot of torque, precise cutting opera­tion, excellent durability and high pro­duction.  Max. Speed: 24 inch/s.
